The Friday, April 23rd edition of the Charlotte Business Journal features an article entitled "Nexsen Pruet makes uptown office move."
Reporter Will Boye wrote about how the firm reconsidered its options in Uptown due to "increasing vacancy rates and falling rental rates."
The Charlotte office's managing member, Sean Phelan said the firm "decided to take advantage of that as part of our strategic growth in North Carolina."
The 15 attorneys and 14 staffers who are based in Charlotte will move beginning on Friday, April 30th. The new offices open on May 3rd on the 15th floor of the Carillon Building at the corner of Trade and Poplar Streets. |
