Anna Simon reports that U.S. District Judge G. Ross Anderson Jr. said he is "delighted with the progress" following a meeting with Wilkins and Harmon. During the meeting they told Judge Anderson that work on removing contaiminated sediment is on schedule despite frequent rain recently.
