Judge praises PCB removal work along Twelve Mile

The December 9, 2009 edition of The Greenville News features an article entitled "Judge praises PCB removal work along Twelve Mile."  Nexsen Pruet attorneys Billy Wilkins and Leon Harmon were appointed special receivers to oversee the project in July.

Anna Simon reports that U.S. District Judge G. Ross Anderson Jr. said he is "delighted with the progress" following a meeting with Wilkins and Harmon.  During the meeting they told Judge Anderson that work on removing contaiminated sediment is on schedule despite frequent rain recently.
