Donations for Homeless Shelter Columbia  November 30, 2009
Attorneys and staffers in Nexsen Pruet's Columbia office raised $1735 and collected 400 cans of cranberry sauce for the Oliver Gospel Mission this Thanksgiving.
The money went to cover part of the cost of preparing hot meals for hundreds of needy men, women and children in the Midlands on Thanksgiving Day. Oliver Gospel Mission and Shandon Baptist Church used the cans of cranberry sauce for hundreds of Thanksgiving boxes that were distributed to needy families leading up to the holiday.
