Each month, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce produces an interview segment called HR Minutes.

For November 2009, the chamber's human resources director Tim Timmons spoke with with Nexsen Pruet Employment and Labor Law attorney Mike Brittingham about new guidelines from the Federal Government regarding retirement savings plans.
