"Boeing move could spread across state" The Greenville News October 29, 2009
The October 29th edition of The Greenville News features an article entitled "Boeing move could spread across state." Nexsen Pruet attorney Billy Wilkins talked to the paper about the firm's role in convincing Boeing to come to South Carolina.
The firm's Economic Development team worked with Boeing officials to negotiate the incentives package approved by the South Carolina legislature.
“I was concerned that the South Carolina story was not being told at that high level. So we put together this economic development team at our law firm and began to tell the story," said Wilkins. "The real credit should go to the leadership in the Senate and House and to our Commerce Department...."
