Chamber's Lawsuit Makes Headlines Myrtle Beach The Sun News, The State, WMFB, CarolinaLive/WPDE, SC Now/WBTW September 10, 2009
Media outlets are reporting on the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce's lawsuit against "Elmer Fudd."

The September 9th edition of Myrtle Beach's The Sun News reported on the case in which Nexsen Pruet's Cherie Blackburn and Franklin Daniels are representing the chamber in a lawsuit "against an unknown person using the Internet screen name 'Elmer Fudd.'" The suit claims the person posted "false and defamatory information."
Blackburn told The Sun News "it's something the chamber felt like they had to react to... they couldn't allow the rumors to go unchallenged."
