"Judge steps up cleanup of PCBs"

An article in The Greenville News entitled "Judge steps up cleanup of PCBs" details how two Nexsen Pruet attorneys will oversee the removal of dams and PCB-contaminated sediment in Twelve Mile River.

 

U. S. District Judge G. Ross Anderson appointed Billy Wilkins and Leon Harmon on Monday, July 13th to "act as the eyes and ears of the court in implementation of the consent decree and monitor the work being done."

Wilkins told reporter Anna Simon that he and Harmon will be "evaluating everything from a legal and environmental standpoint."  Wilkins added that they are "looking forward to working with all the parties involved and to expeditiously carrying out this order."
