The South Carolina Hospitality Association's "Snap Shot" for July 3rd includes an article written by Nexsen Pruet Immigration attorney Melissa Azallion about the SC Illegal Immigration Reform Act.

As of July 1st, private employers in South Carolina with 100 or more employees must comply with the employment verification requirements of the act.
