Island Packet article about Old Carolina golf course

The June 15th edition of the Hilton Head Island Packet featured an article about Nexsen Pruet client Old Carolina. 

Nexsen Pruet attorney Jeff Tibbals is representing the golf course.  The paper reports that "according to Beaufort County court records" Tibbals wrote the case “should be dismissed, or alternately stayed, and all matters referred to binding arbitration pursuant to the arbitration clause contained in the loan documents.”
