Nexsen Pruet attorney Cherie Blackburn is quoted in a Myrtle Beach TheSunNews.com article entitled "Freestyle Music Park clear for today's opening" on May 23rd.
Blackburn is representing FPI MB Entertainment, which bought the park out of bankruptcy in February. She told Sun News reporter Mike Cherney "I really did not think a judge was going to grant an injunction under these circumstances."
