Nexsen Pruet Event Featured in SC Lawyers Weekly

The March 9th edition of SC Lawyers Weekly features a story about Nexsen Pruet's recent briefing on changes to COBRA. On Friday, February 26th Nexsen Pruet's Employment and Labor Law Practice Group held the special breakfast briefing for clients and contacts. 

At the event, attorneys Mike Brittingham and Sue Odom discussed how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act contains a key provision to provide certain "assistance eligible individuals" with Federal help in paying for COBRA continuation under an employer's group medical coverage.
