Nexsen Pruet Creates Stimulus Response Team to Help Clients Navigate the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 February 20, 2009
Nexsen Pruet has created a Strategic Response Team to help guide clients who want to secure funds through the new economic stimulus appropriation called the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
On Thursday, February 19th more than four dozen people participated in an informational conference call. The call focused on economic development, finance, transportation/infrastructure, communications & environmental areas.
Burnie Maybank and Bob Coble are leading the newly created team.
 
Maybank is a former two-time Director of the SC Department of Revenue and has a wealth of government regulatory experience. Bob Coble is the Mayor of Columbia, SC and has spent the past several weeks focusing on this legislation and meeting with national leaders, including President Barack Obama.
