The Saturday, February 7th, edition of The State featured an article entitled "How jobless funds dried up in S.C." Reporter Noelle Phillips examined why the S.C. Employment Security Commission is running out money to pay for unemployment claims. To supplement the article, Phillips interviewed Nexsen Pruet attorney William Floyd for a "News Extra."
