Margaret Burnham concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and litigation. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Business, Commercial, and Industrial Transactions by the North Carolina State Bar and a Certified Mediator.

Stephen Coles has more than 20 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. He has been lead counsel in more than 200 medical related cases and has tried dozens of jury trails, mostly related to medical injuries, product defects and insurance coverage.

Jay DeVaney concentrates his practices in the areas of commercial real estate, land use litigation, and legal malpractice defense. He has lectured and written extensively on Real Property and Land Use Litigation and Commercial Real Estate.

Trudy Ennis concentrates her practice in the areas of employment and labor law litigation, employment and labor law, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She is a Board Certified: Family Law, North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization and a Certified Mediator.

Harper Heckman concentrates his practice in the areas of lien, bond, construction law and civil litigation. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has argued before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Benjamin Kahn focuses his practice is the areas of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. He is certified as a Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and by the Board of Legal Specialization of the North Carolina State Bar.

Christy Myatt represents a wide variety of banking and financial institutions on real estate, construction, development and tax credit lending transactions and in workouts, debt restructuring and bankruptcy. She has served as a receiver in numerous state and federal matters on behalf of various creditors and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

David Senter concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and surety, commercial litigation and commercial collections. He has made numerous presentations on construction and collections related topics to national and local trade and professional associations.
