Taylor Stukes Joins Nexsen Pruet's Litigation Team

Charlotte, NC — Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier announced that Taylor Stukes has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate and will practice with the business litigation group

Prior to joining the firm, Stukes clerked in Nexsen Pruet’s Greensboro Office.  In addition, he clerked in the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted various misdemeanors in District Court.

His experience also includes clerking with the Office of the Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice in the Education Section, which represents the constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina and the NC Department of Public Instruction.

Stukes earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the North Carolina Law Review as a Comments Editor. He also worked in the UNC Criminal Law Clinic representing juveniles charged with criminal offenses in Durham and Orange Counties.
