CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Christopher A. Ogiba, a civil litigation attorney in Nexsen Pruet's Charleston office, will teach an upper-level course entitled "Law and the Legal Process" this spring at The Citadel.

The course will focus on the litigation system, the judiciary, legal ethics, and judicial policymaking. Ogiba will serve as an adjunct professor at the college. "I am grateful for the opportunity to impart my passion and my (albeit limited) knowledge to the next generation of leaders, and I look forward to building deep-rooted ties to the local community," Ogiba noted.

At Nexsen Pruet, Ogiba's litigation practice focuses on products liability, construction, and business and complex litigation. He previously worked with Palmer & Dodge, LLP in Boston, and earned his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in Pennsylvania and his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell. Ogiba is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Boston Bar, the Massachusetts Bar, and the American Bar Associations.
