Nexsen Pruet Relocates Charleston Office To Victoria Center January 30, 2004
CHARLESTON, S.C. - Nexsen Pruet, LLC has relocated its Charleston office to Victoria Center, a 72,000-square-foot Class-A building located in the heart of downtown.
The new space is at the corner of King and Market streets, next to Saks Fifth Avenue. Victoria Center was jointly developed by Nexsen Pruet, The Beach Co., and LS3P & Associates, the state's largest architectural firm.
"We had simply outgrown the offices we'd been leasing on Meeting Street," said Neil Robinson, a member (partner) of the firm who practices in Charleston. "By developing our own building, we're well-positioned to not only accommodate future growth but also to better serve our existing clients."
The new address is 205 King Street, Suite 400, Charleston, 29401. Nexsen Pruet opened its Charleston office in 1991. The firm occupies 31,000 square feet of space in its new location.
NEXSEN PRUET is one of the leading law firms in the Carolinas, with more than 170 attorneys and offices in Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Hilton Head, and Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Charlotte and Greensboro, N.C.
