Two Nexsen Pruet Lawyers Honored by USC

Nexsen is Of Counsel in Nexsen Pruet's Columbia, SC office. He is a past President of the South Carolina Bar, the Richland County Bar Association and a permanent member of the Judicial Conference of the Fourth Judicial Circuit. A native of Kingstree, SC, Nexsen is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of South Carolina and first honor graduate of his USC law school class. Currently Nexsen serves on the Board of Trustees of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System. His community service covers numerous organizations, assisting thousands of residents.

Jacobs is a Member in Nexsen Pruet's Columbia, SC office and practices on the firm's Litigation Team. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, past president of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association. Jacobs is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Foundation and the State Bar Foundation. A native of Kingstree, SC, Jacobs is active in church, civic and governmental affairs.
