Nexsen Pruet Attorney Diana Aguillon becomes North Carolina’s First and Only Foreign Legal Consultant

Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that Diana Aguillon De La Cruz, has been granted the status of Foreign Legal Consultant by the North Carolina State Bar.

Aguillon is a Mexican attorney and her designation as a Foreign Legal Consultant allows her to advise clients on matters that involve laws in Mexico.

“Diana is bilingual, and her background in both the corporate and banking worlds will be a great value for our clients who are engaged in cross-border transactions with businesses in Mexico,” said David Robinson who leads the firm’s International Law team in Raleigh. 

Before coming to the United States, Aguillon was the Legal Department Manager of AFIRME Banking Financial Group in Monterrey, Mexico.
