Business Torts: Trials, Tribulations and Trends

Friday, October 24

On Friday, October 3, the SC Bar-Continuing Legal Education Division presented a live seminar entitled "Business Torts: Trials, Tribulations and Trends."

In announcing the event, the SC Bar wrote:

"Course Planner Molly Hamilton Cawley has recruited an outstanding and experienced faculty of business litigation practitioners who will update you on key business tort causes of action, elements, defenses, damages, and trial practice and procedure. This powerful program will feature coverage of employment-related torts, intentional and negligent misrepresentation, fiduciary duties/shareholder disputes, tortious interference with contractual relations, and emerging business tort trends both here and around the country."

Nexsen Pruet's Brad Waring led a portion of the event. His topic was "Fast Track Jury Trials: What, Where and How." See more on his efforts here from SC Lawyers Weekly.

Live at the SC Bar Conference Center
