 Practices

T. Eugene Allen, III practices primarily in the litigation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy fields. He is an experienced mediator, specializing in insurance, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor and consumer issues.
Mr. Allen also has extensive experience in insurance coverage, insurance litigation, lender liability, commercial law and consumer credit matters.
In law school at the University of South Carolina, he was Leading Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, a PAD scholar and a member of the Order of Wig and Robe.
He and his wife Clare are active members of Ashland United Methodist Church.
