Keith Thornburg, Jr. is a member of Nexsen Pruet's banking and financing practice group. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Previously, Mr. Thornburg served as law clerk with Nexsen Pruet in the banking and finance practice group, assisting with loan agreements and researching related legal issues, such as deeds of trust and mortgages. His background also includes work as a research assistant in the employment and labor law studies program at the University of Virginia.
Additionally, while at law school, Mr. Thornburg participated in the Housing Law Clinic where he represented pro bono clients with housing disputes in conjunction with the Charlottesville Legal Aid Clinic.
