Kristian M. Cross

Kristian Cross practices with Nexsen Pruet’s business litigation group, concentrating on antitrust issues and unfair business practices. She also has experience with labor and employment issues.

Ms. Cross earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude with Departmental Honors, from Clemson University and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, she served as the Property Tutor for the school’s Academic Assistance Program, and also served as Student Bar Association Secretary.
