Jonathan L. Yates is a member in the firm’s real estate practice group and focuses his practice on telecommunications and land use issues.
Yates’ background in the telecommunications industry is broad-based and includes all matters related to placing wireless networks in the Carolinas and Georgia. In his land-use practice, he has assisted in the permitting of large multi-use commercial developments and residential developments. Yates has appeared successfully before virtually every county planning commission, zoning board, and elected body in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Coastal Georgia.
