Stacey T. Kern

Stacey Kern practices in Nexsen Pruet's Litigation Group, concentrating her time in the firm’s Research and Drafting Center.

Before joining Nexsen Pruet, Kern worked in litigation with the torts and insurance practice group at Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein in Charlotte. Her areas of concentration there included insurance coverage, insurance defense, asbestos matters, and workers' compensation.

While in law school at the University of North Carolina, Kern worked in the legal department of the Lord Corporation. She assisted property and patent attorneys at the international engineered products company in Cary, N.C.
