Bradish Waring practices business litigation. He serves as one of two deputies for the firm's business litigation practice group and as co-chair of the firm's insurance litigation committee.
Mr. Waring's practice has concentrated primarily on civil litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation including products liability, insurance coverage, business litigation, and admiralty. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of legal topics including insurance coverage/bad faith and trial tactics.
Mr. Waring's legal career began in 1978 as an associate with Young, Clement Rivers & Tisdale, LLP in Charleston, SC. He was named Partner three years later. Mr. Waring left that firm in 2003 to join Nexsen Pruet.
