Pat Sarsfield is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office practicing primarily in the areas of complex civil litigation, creditor's rights, labor and employment, personal injury, and all other aspects of litigation including appellate and administrative matters.
Mr. Sarsfield also serves on the Board of Directors of Community Link, a local non-profit organization whose purpose is to enable working poor individuals and families to obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable housing in the greater Charlotte community.
Mr. Sarsfield attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate in 1993. While in law school, he was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Team.
Represents several landlords in landlord-tenant disputes.
Represents a title insurance company in matters involving disputes over title to real property.
Represented a private investigation company in a claim for trespass and invasion of privacy.
Represented a decedent's estate in a large wrongful death case.
Represented a national retailer in a contractual dispute with another national retailer and a national real estate development/ management company.
Represented a multi-national financial institution in approximately 20 cases involving debtor-creditor issues.
Represented a real estate developer in a suit for specific performance against a real estate vendor.
Represents a commercial building owner in a construction defect case.
