David Gossett concentrates his practice in economic development, real estate and lending, and includes extensive experience representing a wide variety of banking and financial institutions on complex real estate, asset-based, commercial, construction and development loan transactions, as well as workouts and debt restructuring. He is also regularly involved in financing some of the larger agribusinesses in the country.
Mr. Gossett is active in economic development, representing new and expanding businesses in the Upstate of South Carolina in all phases of their projects.
Mr. Gossett is a native of the Upstate of South Carolina and, in addition to his active participation in a number of professional and civic groups, Mr. Gossett is an elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church, and serves on the South Carolina Leadership Team for Prison Fellowship. He is married and has two daughters.
