J. James Duggan

James Duggan practices in the areas of taxation, probate, estate planning, real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Duggan holds an LL.M. in Taxation Law from the University of Florida School of Law and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review.

Mr. Duggan received his undergraduate degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from The Citadel, where he served as a member of the Honor Court and the Summerall Guards.
