Jay DeVaney practices in the areas of commercial real estate, secured lending and land use litigation.

Mr. DeVaney has lectured and written extensively on Real Property and Land Use Litigation and Commercial Real Estate for the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the North Carolina Bar Foundation and other CLE providers on Real Property Litigation, Land Use Litigation and Planning, Condemnation, Title Insurance and Commercial Real Estate Development.
