Michael Brittingham is a Certified Tax Specialist who focuses his practice on employee benefits and related tax matters, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefits, and executive compensation.

Mr. Brittingham has substantial experience with related litigation.
