Michael T. Brittingham is a Certified Tax Specialist who focuses his practice on employee benefits and related tax matters, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefits, and executive compensation.
Mr. Brittingham has substantial experience with related litigation.
In addition to Mr. Brittingham's advanced legal studies, he practiced public accounting with a national accounting firm and is a Certified Public Accountant.
