J. Michael Jordan practices in the firm's Business Litigation Group. He represents manufacturers and distributors in numerous industries including:

Mr. Jordan’s articles have appeared in Marine Business Journal and Kids Today magazines.  He is a frequent contributor to the children’s products industry on issues arising with the Consumer Products Safety Commission.  He is the co-author of “Texas MDL Judge: Ship Docked At Navy Yard Part Of ‘Federal Enclave’,” Mealey’s™ Litigation Report: Asbestos, Vol. 22, No. 8 (May 16, 2007) and has written a handbook for the investigation of LP and natural gas claims.
