Todd A. Serbin focuses his intellectual property practice on handling matters related to patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and entertainment law.
Mr. Serbin has more than 10 years of experience counseling clients on IP issues ranging in size from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Medtronic and Johnson & Johnson.
Having practiced overseas for a number of years, Mr. Serbin also brings a wealth of international IP experience to the job, having prepared substantive filings for the EPO (Europe), the JPO (Japan), CIPO (Canada), and SIPO (China), among others.
Mr. Serbin earned a B.S.E. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
