Andrew Howle focuses his practice in the area of corporate law, corporate finance, business law, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work.
Before law school he was president, director, and co-owner of Kaye Products, Inc. The company is involved in designing, manufacturing and distributing walking aids, furniture and related products for disabled children. Its sales are throughout the industrialized world.
Howle is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the 7th Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg and abroad.
