Andrew P. Dennis practices with Nexsen Pruet's corporate law group. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a Production Editor for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. He received a B.S., with highest distinction, in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Previously, Mr. Dennis served as a summer associate for Nexsen Pruet, where he assisted the firm's Real Estate and Corporate teams on various closings, acquisitions and other transactions. His background also includes work with the firm's Employment Litigation team, where he helped research various employment-related issues and draft assorted legal memoranda.
Additionally, he served as a Student Law Clerk at Santee Cooper, assisting with the research of regulatory, employment and small claims matters.
