Brian Pearce concentrates his practice in the area of real estate litigation and commercial real estate.
Mr. Pearce was previously an associate with Stamey, Foust and Dwyer in Greensboro. While there, he performed residential real estate closings, drafted the full range of real estate documents, litigated civil matters including real estate matters, and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial leases.
Mr. Pearce earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University, cum laude, and his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Justice Joseph Branch Scholarship.
While in law school, he also worked with the Sara Lee Corporation's branded apparel division in Winston-Salem. His experience there included matters related to corporate contracts, antitrust issues, and expansion of manufacturing facilities. He also worked with the Forsyth County District Attorney's Office.
