Brian T. Pearce concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and real estate litigation as well as commercial real estate.

Mr. Pearce's work in land use includes representation before local municipal boards as well as representation before trial and appellate courts.  Mr. Pearce's real estate litigation practice includes client representation in landlord/tenant disputes, title insurance litigation, real estate contract disputes, and other real estate litigation matters.  Mr. Pearce's commercial real estate practice includes client representation in commercial closings, lease negotiations and contract negotiations. 

Mr. Pearce earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University, cum laude, and his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Justice Joseph Branch Scholarship.

Mr. Pearce has lectured on landlord/tenant topics for CLE providers.  He is currently a member of the City of Greensboro Board of Adjustment.
