Bradish Waring practices in the business and consumer litigation practice group.
Mr. Waring's practice has concentrated primarily civil litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation including products liability, insurance coverage, business litigation, and admiralty.
Mr. Waring's legal career began in 1978 as an associate with Young, Clement Rivers & Tisdale, LLP in Charleston, SC. He was named Partner three years later. Mr. Waring left that firm in 2003 to join Nexsen Pruet.
Mr. Waring has been elected as an ABA State Bar Delegate for South Carolina.
