Jeff Vinzani's practice is concentrated in general business law with major emphases on complex real estate and finance transactions; commercial and industrial leasing law; administrative law, including permitting and zoning; commercial, industrial and resort development; 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions; title insurance law; and representation of lenders in connection with making and restructuring loans, negotiating workouts and enforcing creditors' rights.

Mr. Vinzani graduated with honors from South Carolina College, the Honors College of the University of South Carolina, with a degree in Economics. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

While at USC, Mr. Vinzani served as President of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Secretary of the Interfraternity Council, and Student Government Senator. He was a member of the Student Alumni Association, Omicron Delta Kappa, Omicron Delta Epsilon and Magna Kappa Honorary Fraternity. Mr. Vinzani received the USC Outstanding Senior Award and was named to Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.

Jeff is heavily involved in the community and the state.  Jeff is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the South Carolina Bar.  He is also serving as Chairman of the Developers Council of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce which is comprised of members of the Chamber who represent various sectors of the real estate development community.   He previously served as the Ninth Circuit Governor on the Board of Governors of the University of South Carolina and was honored in 1998 with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by the University’s Honors College. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Locally, he serves as a Deacon at East Cooper Baptist Church; he is a Vice President and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Charleston Stage Company, a local theater group based in historic Dock Street Theater; he is past President of the Charleston County Carolina Alumni Club and has served on the Board of his neighborhood association.  In 2000, the Charleston Regional Business Journal honored Jeff with the 40 under 40 Award, which recognizes 40 of the region's brightest business stars under the age of 40.
