Patrick D. Sarsfield II is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office practicing primarily in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial and real property disputes, creditor's rights, labor and employment, personal injury, and all other aspects of civil litigation including appellate and administrative matters.
Mr. Sarsfield also serves on the Board of Directors of Community Link, a local non-profit organization whose purpose is to enable working poor individuals and families to obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable housing in the greater Charlotte community.
Patrick attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate in 1993. While in law school, he was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Team.
Represents several landlords in landlord-tenant disputes and related lease issues.
Represents several lenders and title insurance companies in real property title disputes.
Represents a national healthcare entity in a construction dispute with a building contractor.
Advises a regional realtor association on litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
Represented a decedent's estate in a large wrongful death case.
