Practices

Brian Price practices in the corporate and commercial finance groups.  Mr. Price works with organizations of all sizes in the formation through the eventual sale or other exit strategy.  A large part of his practice involves the purchase and sale of closely-held entities.  He also assists regional and national banks and farm credit associations with documentation of commercial loans. 

Mr. Price received a B.A. degree in Economics, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. He received a four-year joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was awarded a legal merit scholarship.

In 2003 Mr. Price graduated from Leadership Greenville.
