Peter Pappas' principal areas of practice are business litigation, labor and employment law, commercial and civil litigation, insurance litigation, ERISA litigation, fidelity and surety, federal civil practice.

Mr. Pappas received his B.A. Degree with highest honors from the Univeristy of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Prior to attending law school, he served as a Staff Aide to United States Senator Robert Morgan.

Mr. Pappas earned his J.D. Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After law school, he worked as a Law Clerk to U.S. District Judge, Eastern District of North Carolina, The Hon. W. Earl Britt.
