Chris Ogiba concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation.

Mr. Ogiba also has experience litigating contract and real estate cases, first amendment defamation cases, personal injury, business dispute and dissolution, maritime and UCC warranties, class actions and probate cases. Mr. Ogiba has represented clients in all levels of South Carolina and Massachusetts state courts as well as federal district court.

A native of Watertown, New York, Mr. Ogiba holds a BA in Political Science from Haverford College and he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Cornell Law School.

Mr. Ogiba is a recipient of the W.W. Smith Prize at Haverford. Recipients exhibit exceptional academic achievement, strong leadership capabilities and character traits. Mr. Ogiba was also a Note Editor for The Cornell Law Review.
