Randall Reavis concentrates his practice in the areas of Construction Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Reavis has been selected to Best Lawyers in America® in the field of construction law.  For over twenty years, he has represented owners, contractors, architects, and engineers in a wide variety of disputes relating to the construction and design of both public and private facilities.

Mr. Reavis has been responsible for litigation, arbitration, and mediation of complex commercial disputes and tort cases.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil actions involving warranty claims, employer's liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, wrongful death and general contract and tort liability.

He has represented both primary and excess insurance carriers as coverage, defense, and/or monitoring counsel in substantial tort cases.

Mr. Reavis is a frequent lecturer on construction and litigation related topics to various professional and trade associations.

In June of 2006 Mr. Reavis, along with Eric Biesecker, Harper Heckman and David Yarbrough, put on a Lorman seminar entitled "Construction Lien Law in North Carolina." They discussed contractor liens on real property, subcontractor liens, payment bonds and effects of bankruptcy on lien rights
