Lacey Moore is an attorney in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina Office and concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, and toxic tort litigation. A significant portion of Ms. Moore’s practice is directly related to the coordination of and participation in national litigation. In addition, Ms. Moore also practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial transactions, and issues related to copyright infringement.
A Charlotte native, Ms. Moore received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor from Samford University, where she served as an associate editor of The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Ms. Moore practiced law at the Pennsylvania-based firm of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.
