Bruce Wallace practices within the business and consumer litigation group.
Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on insurance bad faith and coverage, business litigation (including partnerships, limited liability companies, and closely held companies), commercial litigation, and probate litigation (including trusts and estates).
He actively participates in the Defense Research Institute, where he currently chairs the E&O and D&O Subcommittee of the Commercial Litigation Committee. Mr. Wallace recently served as a Regional Editor for the 50-State Compendium on Unfair Trade Practices published by the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Wallace is a native of Charleston, where he is a member of the Exchange Club.
