Dan Leonardi practices in Nexsen Pruet's intellectual property group. Prior to joining the intellectual property team, Mr. Leonardi focused his practice in business litigation.
Mr. Leonardi earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Leonardi served as executive editor of the Journal of College and University Law.
 Career Highlights
- Mr. Leonardi served two years as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr., Chief District Judge for the District of South Carolina
- Mr.Leonardi served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at the University of South Carolina School of Law during the 2003-2004 school year
- Mr. Leonardi also prosecuted criminal domestic violence cases while serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General
