Fred Kingsmore, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, estate planning, trust and estates, business succession planning, family wealth transfer, tax controversies, mergers and acquisitions, probate administration and business law.
Mr. Kingsmore is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a major in accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review.
In addition, Mr. Kingsmore received an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University.
Mr. Kingsmore is active in community and charitable affairs, and has been involved with and served on the boards of several local charitable foundations.
Mr. Kingsmore is a contributing author of "Estate Planning in South Carolina," South Carolina Bar, CLE Division (2002).
