Chamber Labor Climate Network Human Resource Workshop

Please join one of our own, Molly Cherry, who will be presenting at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's Chamber Labor Climate Network Resource Workshop.

On Thursday, November 19, the Chamber Labor Climate Network (CLCN) will host a human resource workshop entitled, "Human Resource Assessment Best Practices", to educate attendees on workforce development.  Workforce development is an ongoing issue for all companies in today\'s nation and it is important to understand and keep up to date with best practices and new laws.  Industry experts and HR professionals will be present to discuss what they are currently doing and how they can connect businesses with the right resources.

The CLCN was established by the Business Development division at the Chamber to determine how best to inform the region on employment and labor issues so that employees and employers can determine the best programs for their work environments. The network brings together community leaders from all areas of business to share insights and provide suggestions on how the region can work together and communicate what the region's latest efforts are. It focuses on what is happening in our community, as well as what business owners can do to ensure they are developing the best programs for their work environment.
