Nutley Joins Nexsen Pruet's Greenville office

Columbia, SC - The Carolina law firm of Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard, LLP is pleased to announce that Ashley Steele Nutley has joined the firm as Special Counsel in the Greenville, South Carolina office and is a member of its banking and finance group. Ms. Nutley's practice is concentrated in economic development, real estate and lending, and includes extensive experience representing a wide variety of banking and financial institutions on complex real estate, asset-based, commercial, construction and development loan transactions, as well as workouts and debt restructuring. Ms. Nutley holds her J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Florida and the District of Columbia and is active in a number of professional and civic groups. She is married and has three children.
