Hardaway Firm Joins Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard
The Hardaway Law Firm of Greenville, South Carolina has joined the law firm of Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard, LLP. The Hardaway firm was founded in 1980 by John Hardaway in Greenville, SC, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. This firm has grown over the years as the demand for attorneys experienced in trademark, copyright, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property has increased in the southeastern region of the United States and the world. The entire Hardaway Firm will join Nexsen Pruet, moving seven attorneys, three paralegals, and staff to the Greenville office of Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard this summer (see Hardaway Law Firm profile on the news page of WWW.NPJP.COM for more information).
This move will almost double Nexsen Pruet's presence in the upstate of South Carolina and will in fact double their already strong team of intellectual property lawyers and staff headed by Michael A. Mann. Mr. Mann, a partner at Nexsen Pruet, believes the addition of the Hardaway Firm with its strong knowledge base in specific intellectual property areas and international experience to the Nexsen Pruet Intellectual Property team with its own strengths and experience enables Nexsen Pruet to provide all intellectual property needs to its clients allowing them to acquire, transfer and enforce their intellectual property rights.
John Hardaway believes that moving to Nexsen Pruet will allow his firm to offer its clients access to a broader range of services provided by lawyers experienced in litigation, business and finance matters as well as the other practice areas offered by Nexsen Pruet throughout its network of five offices in the southeast.
